 Intro of history

     First restaurant was open in 1984 in the name Restoran Muhibah under management of Said Hamdan from Kangar, Perlis located at far north Malaysia peninsula 80km south from Malaysia and Thailand International border. At the time they decide to move to Sri Manjung, Perak Darul Ridzuan including Abdullah bin Jaafar, his wife Hasnah Binti Muad, they children and other relative. But not last long until it closed about 2 years later because of lack of support from local group. Abdullah’s and his wife decide to make a move by changing a location to better strategic side whereby at the Conner of the intersection close at the main road with only fund of ten thousand Ringgit in the reserve and also with some relative helps. But Muhibah restaurant owner move back to Kangar, Perlis. But Abdullah and his wife remain stayed. And so on they start the first step.

 History of Restoran Tomyam Hasnah

     Restaurant Tomyam Hasnah is a Thai and Malays seafood restaurant, it is actually one of the first kind Tomyam Seafood restaurant first ever open at Sri Manjung history in 80’s. it was establish in 1986 by Abdullah Bin Jaafar and his wife Hasnah Binti Muad it self after been thrown by economic straggle at the time.
     This restaurant actually had been register on its trademark name by Abdullah’s beloved wife in her contribute to successfully establish this restaurant. For the first ever it been helped by local neighbors whom also helped for foundation in this effort, such as Zakri grocery mart, Q2 freshmart and also the owner of the building it self. This restaurant had be successfully been full operational at that time and it also became one’s of the restaurant had been chosen by local visitors primarily a student from Universiti institute Teknologi Mara or UiTM (Intitut Teknologi Mara at that time) that opened in 1985 at Sri Manjung branch.                                                                    
    In 1992 this restaurant had move to new side but not to far enough from the first, but nearest at UiTM main gate just for guidance to the new student.That time this restaurant provide night time movies show for more interactive attraction for UiTM students and also for local resident, it start at 10.00pm, in 24 hours a week for the whole year, at the same time economic fast food had been served to the student for whom inability such as Nasi Telur (a plain rice, omelet and curry gravy), Nasi Lemak (rice been cook with coconut milk, ginger and Pandan leaf, and side with fry egg, cucumber and anchovies chili paste) and other else.
     Until year 2000 UiTM was move to Sri Iskandar near Ipoh, the whole total year profit has been fall step by step depending on stages student had been move on, not quite until his owner past away on 28, December, 2002 at 4.45am cause of heart failure. Everything has been stops for a month.
     Reopened after that and several changes had been made as management, menus, waiter’s and also made some renovation at the air conditioning hall, rest room and kitchen. The quality of the waiter’s attitude also had been approved for nice and better services. Right now this restaurant only depends on local population, loyal customer, a any occasional dinner, party, meeting group as TLDM, MTU, TNB, Petronas, local school, community group, birthday party and so on.
